How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

All of our product descriptions have information on delivery times. Check the descriptions or get in touch with us and we can let you know how long the order will take to deliver.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your item is dispatched and collected by the carrier, you will receive tracking information where it will give details on the delivery date.

How Should I to Contact if I Have Any Queries?

If you need to discuss your order or would like details on any of our products, simply drop us a line on our contact form or by email.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

You dont need an account to place an order with us. You can enter your details at the checkout page and your order will be processed.

What if I dont like the product I ordered when it arrives?

We’re sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply email us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as when it was sent and must be resealable.

Please note: You will need to disassemble your product, if applicable and repackage it, in order for our delivery partners to collect. You are responsible for the costs of returning items. If you choose for us to arrange for the item(s) to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping charge can vary and determined by our transport service. We will only pass on the delivery costs incurred and no extra charges. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

1. Items which are personalised or customised to your specifications
2. 2020gadget gift certificates

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/collected by our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be made by contacting us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, you can arrange a courier to return the item to us. Alternatively we will arrange for collection of the item by our courier, who will advise you of a proposed collection date shortly after. You will receive a full refund (less return or collection costs) once the product has been returned to us.

What if the item is damaged when it arrives?

Our quality team check your items to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. It’s also very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as we’ll ask you to sign a form confirming that it appeared to be in good condition when you received it. If a product is damaged upon delivery, this should be signed as damaged and you need to refuse to accept the delivery. Once you have refused the delivery, contact us as soon as possible.

If you only realise after the delivery has been made that parts have been damaged, just contact us within 7 days of delivery, ideally sending us a some photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and offer spare parts, no questions asked.

Can I change my existing order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you may not be able to make changes to what you have ordered. If however the order hasn’t been processed by one of our team, we will do our best to change. Contact us immediately if you need to change the order.
